Description: Walk along the dyke & enjoy the beautiful shoreline with great bird watching. The tidal marshes & eelgrass beds along the shoreline represent an important stop for migrating fowl.

Description: The walk follows part of the Great Trail (TCT) near the Pitt Meadows Airport as well as Urban Trails in the neighbourhood.

Description: Elgin Heritage Park is on the banks of the Nicomekl River. Between the two entrances to the park there are many large trees often used by eagles & hawks to survey the area for prey. Historic Stewart Farm is located in the Park.

Description: Barnston Island comprises an area of 600 hectares, situated on the Fraser River. The island is virtually flat, and part of the Agricultural Land Reserve. The walk takes participants around the island. Pitt Meadows Airport can be seen across the river.
